Frequently asked questions.

When do I get to see my wedding photos?

You’ll get a few sneak-peak images within 24 hours of your wedding sent directly to your phone, so you can share professional photos with your family and friends asap. The remainder of your collection will be available six weeks after your wedding once all images have been edited.

Where do we view our photos?

Your entire collection will be available under the Client Login section of our website so you can easily view the images. Your guests will receive a Guest Post Card during reception with the login details and password, saving you the effort of distributing the information while on your honeymoon. The gallery also easy to share the images with people who couldn’t make it on the day.

Do we receive high resolution photos?

Yes, you do. We use professional Nikon camera bodies and lenses to capture every detail of your day, resulting in crispy photos with vibrant colours. Every photo is edited and provided in high resolution with no watermarks. You can print the images yourself or send them to a professional printing house. Alternatively ask us about printing and framing.

How do I receive my final photo collection?

Your entire wedding photography collection will be sent to you via a Dropbox link for immediate download. We recommend making a couple of backups and keeping them in different locations.

Our guests are asking for prints of our photos. Can you help?

Yes, we can. The online gallery where your photos are hosted has an option to print photos and have them sent directly to any address so you don’t have to coordinate the printing and posting of important memories for your guests.

Do you offer wedding albums?

Yes, we do. You can decide before or after the wedding to include a wedding album as part of your package. There are two unique options for the album style: Premium Wedding Album or Wedding Magazine (read more here), and a smaller Parent Album is also available as a replica of the Main Premium Album. There are plenty of album samples in our studio to help you make a decision about colour and fabrics. Large Albums cost $1,600 inc GST and $900 for Parent Albums.

How many photos will I receive?

There is no limit on how much we shoot so the number of photos depends on the hours we are with you and how much is happening on the day. As a rough guide, a 10-12 hour wedding might have a collection of between 1,200 and 1,400 wedding photos.

How many hours of wedding photography do I need?

Let us help you with this during a complimentary consultation, either in our studio or by Zoom / Teams. This can be tricky to work out so we will guide you through a series of questions and lay out the timing in a really clear way. You always have a choice which parts of the wedding day to add or remove from the coverage so the photography package suits your plans and budget.

Do you charge extra for weddings outside Sydney?

We are pretty generous with how far we travel for your wedding day. Our standard service areas include Greater Sydney, Hunter Valley, Central Coast, Blue Mountains and Wollongong. If your wedding venue is further than that please ask us about any additional costs and we will be happy to provide a quote.

Do I need one or two photographers?

That really depends on the complexity of your day, distance between venues and the number of guests. We can talk you through this when we meet and make recommendations based on our experience.

If you decide your day would benefit from a second photographer we can simply add this in, charged on an hourly basis.

Do you photograph engagement sessions?

We sure do. If you’d like to capture your pre-wedding selves we can organise a Sydney-based photography session in a great location. It includes two hours of photography and fully edited high resolution images for $900. You can also create a Guest Book using the photos, produced in a professional-grade album where your guests leave a heartfelt message and best wishes on your wedding day. The book costs $900.
