Elle and Sheng are due to have their Big Day in December. In the meantime, we held an all-day marathon session to celebrate their engagement at some of the best wedding photography locations in Sydney.
Four main locations, two dresses and suits, two photographers and six hours later, we emerged with a beautiful collection of photographs which the couple will turn into a wedding album for their reception and to share at their wedding celebrations.
So where did we go? We started at The Rocks, meeting on Argyle Street where we branched out in various directions to capture some landmarks like the Windmill Steps, The Brewery and the typical architecture of the area.
Our next stop was Bradleys Head including the Amphitheatre which is a favourite ceremony location for many Sydney weddings. A bright blue sky and aquamarine tint of Sydney Harbour created the perfect backdrop for our shoot.
Clifton Gardens in Mosman is a little hidden gem, tucked away near Chowder Bay. It’s far away from the usual hustle and bustle to give privacy to wedding couples, but close enough to some great wedding venues like Ripples, Sergeants Mess, Gunners Barracks and Atholl Hall. It’s a great photography location if your wedding reception is planned for the Lower North Shore.
For our final location, we headed to one of the most beautiful and versatile natural locations in Sydney – the Centennial Parklands. Here, we caught the golden afternoon sun lower on the horizon and showed off the wedding dress against the luscious green of the surrounds.
It was a full day, yet Elle and Sheng were energetic right until the last click of the shutter. Great job, guys! I can’t wait until your wedding day in December.
