This was the perfect setting for Ira and Bogdan’s wedding day: a beautiful Spring day mixed with the superb backdrop of Nielsen Park followed by a reception at Harbour 220.
Our Bride arrived in style in a classic car and was walked down the aisle by her Granddad. Ira carried one of the most gorgeous bridal bouquets I’ve seen, and to my surprise it was made by her bridesmaids rather than a professional florist. It was not only a personal touch but a genuinely beautiful piece of floral art. The ceremony wasn’t complete until stepdad Darrell played the guitar, and the nuptials were sealed with the all-important kiss.
Then the clouds started rolling in (but no rain!) which gave us a more dramatic sky for the location photos which were taken around Nielsen Park. We then spared no time in getting to the party at Harbour 220 on Macquarie Street, which became the setting for a very lively wedding reception filled with Ukrainian and Romanian music until the wee hours. It was a fabulous wedding. Congratulations guys and thanks for a great day!
